These kits are versatile with and without liquor. Fill the kit with hot (not boiling) water, cap, and allow to cool. When cool to the touch, shake well and strain. Mix 1.5 oz. with a mixer of your choice (juice, soda, tonic, etc.) or use in one of our zero proof recipes.
