When USPS is not experiencing delays, 2-3 business day delivery can be expected when choosing the Priority Mail option at checkout. Packages get shipped out Monday - Friday, all orders placed after 2pm on Friday - Sunday will be shipped out on Monday.
Mass Ave In-store Pickup gets fulfilled Monday - Friday, it's available for
both locations from open to close for orders placed by midnight the
previous day.
Carmel Next Business Day In-store Pickup orders are
fulfilled from our Mass Ave store and transferred to the Carmel store,
resulting in an additional business day needed for processing.
Please wait for a confirmation email stating that your order is ready for pickup before heading to the store.
Orders placed after 10am on Friday - Sunday will not be
ready to pickup until Monday. Need to pickup sooner? Let us know by
giving us a call at 317-955-9925 and we will work to fulfill your order
ASAP!

Our standard shipping methods are USPS First Class and Priority. At this time we do not offer expedited shipping options. Please note per the USPS, estimated dates of delivery are expected dates and not guaranteed.
International Orders
Please give us a shout at esales@silverinthecity.com
if your country is not showing up as a viable shipping option. In two
shakes of a lambs tail, we'll work to get a shipping estimate to you and
help you to complete your transaction.
We want you to be 100% wowed by your purchase at Silver in the City,
but we understand that sometimes, this just doesn't happen. If you are

shipping method with tracking). Once we receive your return, we will
refund your original method of payment in the amount of the products
