Handmade Oak Tree Pendant Necklace

Handmade Necklace from J&I. Wearing this oak tree necklace will remind you of your roots, the source of your strength. The necklace is made of a sterling silver oak tree pendant, circled with 14K gold-filled wire and placed on a 16" sterling chain with a 1" extender (making it adjustable). The tree pendant measures 3/4". It is delicate yet sturdy and lightweight.

Ian Gibson formed J+I Jewelry with Jessica Rogal in 1999. For over 20 years, each piece has been handmade in their studio in the heart of Philadelphia. Self-taught in the art of jewelry fabrication, his fascination with metals was born from a schooling in geology and a desire to work with his hands. Ian is inspired by the beauty, history, and mythology of precious metals. As he shapes these materials into jewelry, he combines them with other materials that have a story to tell: gemstones from the earth and pearls from the ocean.
